WinMENTOR ENTERPRISE
The WinMENTOR Enterprise ERP suite, also known as WME on the software market, is a package of applications built by a dedicated team, with over 29 years of experience, who gave the Romanian market a product preferred by over 45.000 users: the WinMENTOR management applications pack.
In 2008, its complete rewriting resulted in a mature ERP suite, designed to complement the range of software products of a recognized manufacturer, actively present on the market and effective in implementing novelty into its products.
The technology chosen for managing the database is provided by ORACLE. Using the most powerful database engine ever developed, gives the WME suite security, reliability, scalability and speed.
The English, Hungarian and Italian versions allow the application to be used by non-Romanian users as well. Users of the Romanian version can choose to load the settings in one of these 3 languages by simply clicking on the list.
WME is the only management software in Romania that generates automatic accounting records simultaneously, in several accounting plans, during the primary documents input, so that the accounting information necessary for management decisions becomes instantly accessible, perfectly synchronized with the analytical situations.
Verification of correlations between the analytic and synthetic statements can be automated and configured as needed.
When closing a month, the accounting balance is considered as a standard. If after establishing the standard, there are differences between the saved balance and the current balance, the accounting engine signals the document level differences.
WME allows operating and keeping track of an unlimited number of companies. For holding organizations, it allows common nomenclatures for all the companies within the holding, thus creating the advantage of managing the clients’ payment obligations at a holding level. If the companies within the holding are separate firms in WME, the software allows obtaining a cumulative balance.
Firms can be organized in separate subunits. Working in subunits allows a complete “isolation” of a subunit within the firm. Every report can be carried out on every subunit, including the accounting balance. For an analysis of the entire company, reports can be conducted cumulatively, including the operations of all subunits. Users can have limited access to certain subunits and those with special rights can see the whole ensemble, regardless of the subunit.
The friendly and intuitive interface allows users to customize the appearance and the functioning of the application in a variety of matters: colors, fonts, tables with configurable columns, resizing the forms, hiding the unused controls or the controls banned from forms, wizard mechanisms for accelerating the operation, quick search for menu options, Active Board for defining the quick access buttons for menu options/executables/internet access links, multi-trajectory navigator for identifying at any time the inventory inputs, the deliveries, the orders, the contracts, the payments or collections for any document.
The security system allows access restriction for each option of the application, regarding viewing, adding, editing and deleting entries. The on request monitoring of users groups offers traceability in documents management.
The internal communication system enables chatting between users and launching tasks for performers.
WME automatically executes reports on a predetermined schedule, performs data backups on a timetable, launches alerts for users interested in events from the database or different situations during use.
The Expert module, fully integrated into the app, allows analyzing the company’s activity from a point of view different from accounting enrollment.
