The WMEProd application allows the generation of consumption receipts, labor reports and delivery notes for order lines identified by scanning barcodes. The application can also be used in touch-screen mode.

The application has a single layout where an order can be taken and the related documents can be generated.

The steps to be followed are:

• Operator settings – without this, documents cannot be generated.

• Order scanning – when pressing the “Order” button, the order code related to the product that is to be delivered can be scanned / entered. The proposed quantity is equal to the remaining delivery from that order line.

• Consumptions – if the constant “Production completion report: consumption scan” = Yes, the material quantities are, by default, zero. They are entered by successive scanning of materials and by entering the related quantities.

• Stock reservation – materials can be reserved from stock by series if necessary. The reservation is canceled when you exit the layout because it is intended only for current management download.

• View images attached to products or materials – when you click on the item name, the attached image is displayed in the item nomenclature (image type, internal, jpg and bmp extension).

• Document comments – you can enter comments to appear on the generated documents.

• Generate documents – you can create documents for consumption, labor and delivery. These can be viewed (click on the document number) or deleted from the grid on the bottom right.

• Stock decreases – on the same layout, stock decreases can be generated for items manually selected on the Materials grid. When you click on Decrease, the document generation options change.
