New executable WinMENTOR 26.031/3

The executable of the new version WinMENTOR 26.031/3 removes the restrictions in the calculation of indemnities regarding the completion of the Zi neplătită field in cases where the first day of leave is a legal holiday or when the medical leave is issued as a continuation.

For this version, first install the full WinMENTOR 26.031/1 kit, then copy the 26.031/3 executable over the existing one, without running the structure verification.
