Information on Form 112 – February 2026

Because ANAF has not published any additional validations beyond those issued on 03.02.2026 regarding Emergency Ordinance 91/2026, companies that recorded medical leave during February 2026 can prepare and submit Form 112 using the current versions of WinMENTOR 26.031/3 and Declarations 26.031/1.
