New executable WinMENTOR 26.031/2

The new version executable WinMENTOR 26.031/2 includes corrections to the resolution of transferred fixed assets and to the resolution of allowances that have only one working day (unpaid) within the certificate period.

For this version, first fully install the WinMENTOR 26.031/1 kit, then copy the 26.031/2 executable over the existing one, without running the structure verification.
