New WinMENTOR 25.101/4 executable and new STATEMENTS 25.101/3 version

The executables of the new versions of WinMENTOR 25.101/4 and STATEMENTS 25.101/3 resolve the “Invalid floating point operation” error that appeared when generating Statement 300 for companies with VAT on receipt.
