New versions: WinMENTOR 887.03 and STATEMENTS 221.01

WinMENTOR 887.03 includes changes to the structure of the database. These are necessary in order to be able to configure new UI and IT allowances in UI and IT contracts in D112. For this reason, it will be necessary to recalculate salaries in the months when there are childcare allowances or technical unemployment benefits in a state of emergency.

To highlight the amount of benefits from the previous month, new columns have been added to the Synthesis Contributions and Employee Contributions lists to help you identify the contributions declared in the current month.

According to GEO 69 / 14.05.2020, premiums can be granted without contributions and the correct configuration of the premium will be found here. Also, starting with April 2020, the number of secondments in Romania is limited by ANAF to 5 secondments per employee.

STATEMENTS 221.01 includes the updating of Statement 112 according to Order 1943 / published in the Official Gazette. from 21.05.2020.

Due to the way in which it is desired to report the indemnities related to the state of emergency as new contracts in D112, there will be situations in which the values calculated in MENTOR will be different from the cumulative values declared for receivables, depending on the number of employees.

WARNING! The current version is not intended for construction companies that apply the facilities and have unemployment benefits or child supervision. Another version of Statements will be posted for these companies.
