D390 notice – New ANAF version

Amendment to Law 19/2020 – law on granting parents free days for the supervision of children, in the situation of temporary closure of the educational units will appear in the following WinMENTOR kit. The law came into force from 17.03.2020 and the leave allowance is 75% of the salary corresponding to a working day, but not more than 75% of the average salary per economy.
