New executable WinMENTOR 23.101/3

WinMENTOR 23.101/3 includes the correction to the Supplier field from the delivery of stock increases or consumption vouchers, as well as updating the automatic takeover of courses from the BNR according to the latest changes made by them.

For this version it is enough to copy the new executable over the executable from the 23.101/1 kit, without verifying structures.

STATEMENTS 23.091/4 includes the update of the .xml version from v8 to v9 for D300 according to the validator published by ANAF on 21.09.2023.
