New WinMENTOR executable 26.071/4 – BNR update

The new version executable WinMENTOR 26.071/4 includes the update of the URLs from which the XML files used for retrieving exchange rates from BNR (National Bank of Romania) are downloaded: BNR Notice regarding accessing foreign exchange market rates in XML format

Installation: For this version, it is sufficient to copy the new executable over the executable from the 26.071/1 kit, without running structure verification.
