New executable WinMENTOR 23.111/2

WinMENTOR 23.111/2 includes the bug fix from the generation of consumption vouchers for the message ‘D’ is not a valid integer value for field ‘TG’, in addition to other fixes, all of which are available in this release’s changelog.

For this version it is enough to copy the new executable over the executable from the 23.111/1 kit, without checking structures.
