TH Junior starts a project that will be implemented with the help of non-reimbursable funds. Entitled “Increasing the competitiveness of TH JUNIOR by implementing the B2B platform for interactive customer flow management”, the project is co-financed through the European Regional Development Fund through the Financing Contract no. 1411\/332 \/ 20.12.2013.<\/p>\n
The total value of the project is 427,705.76 Lei, of which a grant of maximum 241,446.80 Lei (maximum 199,676.50 Lei from the ERDF and maximum 41,770.30 Lei from the national budget). The implementation period of the project is 23.12.2013 – 18.12.2014.<\/p>\n
The project is part of the Sectoral Operational Program “Increasing Economic Competitiveness” (POS CCE – Investing for Your Future) Measure 3.3.2. – Support for the development of e-commerce and other e-business solutions and aims at increasing the productivity of TH Junior by streamlining sales and support processes, adhering to the General Objective of SOP IEC by reducing productivity gaps in the European Union.<\/p>\n
The general objective of the project is the efficiency of the sales and commercial and technical support processes within the SC. TH Junior S.R.L, by introducing an online B2B platform that centralizes commercial and support communication.<\/p>\n
Specific objectives:<\/p>\n
Implemented in an online platform, integrated with the contract database, all communication flows with customers and distributors.<\/p>\n
Online sale of WinMentor applications, additional modules, up-dates, and periodic license activation keys, with electronic payment capability.<\/p>\n
Implementing a technical support management system based on a Request Tracking (RT) system.<\/p>\n
The project is in line with the specific objectives of the priority axis by capitalizing on the potential of ICT in increasing economic competitiveness as it aims at:<\/p>\n
Increase efficiency of TH Junior by reorganizing sales and support processes based on an on-line B2B platform;<\/p>\n
Introduction of electronic marketing of the products of the organization through the on-line B2B platform;<\/p>\n
Developing on-line customer support services for TH Junior.<\/p>\n
