{"id":3300,"date":"2019-11-29T13:07:59","date_gmt":"2019-11-29T11:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.winmentor.ro\/wme\/?page_id=3300"},"modified":"2019-11-29T13:08:00","modified_gmt":"2019-11-29T11:08:00","slug":"crm-customer-relashionship-management","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/portal.winmentor.ro\/wme\/suport\/help\/crm-customer-relashionship-management\/","title":{"rendered":"CRM-Customer Relashionship Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modulul CRM permite urmarirea relatiilor cu \nclientii, a lead-urilor avand posibilitatea de a urmari un istoric al fiecarui \nclient privind oportunitatile, ofertele, comenzile, facturile, task-urile, \nemail-urile de pe acel partener. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se pot defini campanii de marketing in cadrul \ncarora se face analiza costurilor estimate si a celor reale din asociere pe \ndocumentele de intrare, comenzi, bonuri de consum. In cadrul oportunitatilor se \npot defini toate etapele de negociere cu acel client de la prezentare si pana la \nvanzarea\/pierderea acelui partener. Din oportunitate se poate genera in stadiul \nde ofertare, oferta catre client, iar din stadiul de negociere comanda \nclient.Trimiterea de email-uri catre clienti cu atasarea de materiale de \nprezentare este facilitata de acest modul. In cadrul firmei agentii pot fi \navertizati prin mesaje sau email-uri daca se apropie un termen de executie de un \nanumit numar de zile inainte si li se poate urmari activitatea si gradul de \nincarcare prin urmarirea task-urilor pe fiecare persoana in parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I. CONFIGURARI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Configurarea serverului\/serverelor de e-mail \npentru trimiterea electronica a documentelor se face din:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WinMService&gt; Diverse&gt; Servere de eMail. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In WinMENTOR \nENTERPRISE in modulul Date \n&gt; Service&gt; Diverse&gt; Autentificare eMail se va \ncompleta username-ul si parola de email si se va testa daca&nbsp; datele sunt ok pe \nbutonul <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/99_07_04.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Constantele care trebuie setate pentru \ntrimiterea de mesaje\/email-uri sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trimite mesaj off line reamintire task = \nNU\/DA \n<\/li><li>Trimite mesaj email reamintire task = \nNU\/DA \n<\/li><li>Cu cate zile inainte de termen se trimite \nmesaj task <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ele se pot defini din Diverse &gt; Constante \nutilizator &gt; Configurare operare &gt; TASK-uri. Tot din Diverse&gt; Constante \nutilizator &gt; Configurare operare &gt; Diverse trebuie setata si constanta \n&#8220;Interval refresh pt. taskuri noi (0=dezactivare)\u201d, valoarea completata este \nexprimata in minute si stabileste intervalul de actualizare a taskurilor noi \nprimite de operatorul curent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II. FUNCTIONARE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lead-uri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>din CRM &gt;&nbsp; \nMarketing &gt; Lead-uri se pot defini partenerii \nconsiderati de tip lead (Fig.1) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_01.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la nivelul unui lead se asociaza campania de \nmarketing, concurentii si, pe masura ce sunt adaugate oportunitati pentru acest \nlead, acestea apar actualizate si in nomenclatorul de parteneri. Pot fi \nintroduse si informatii privind cifra de afaceri, domeniu de activitate si \nnumarul de angajati. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Campanii marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>campaniile se pot adauga din CRM&gt; \nMarketing&gt; Campanii si se precizeaza data de initiere si finalizare a \nacesteia, obiectivul si segmentul vizat. Se&nbsp; pot completa costurile si \nveniturile estimate si pe masura adaugarii tranzactiilor se vor actualiza si \ncosturile\/veniturile realizate. (Fig.2) \n<\/li><li>Asocierea pe tranzactii se face prin apelarea \noptiunii \u201cAdauga la costuri campanie marketing\u201d(Fig.3) \n<\/li><li>Costurile realizate se actualizeaza din \niesiri: consum intern, tranzactii trezorerie, intrari daca se apeleaza \u201eAdauga \nla costuri campanie marketing\u201dsi este luata in calcul valoarea fara TVA. \n<\/li><li>In cazul Veniturilor realizate acceptatul se \nactualizeaza din valoarea comenzilor clienti la care s-a apelat optiunea \u201eAdauga \nla venituri campanie marketing\u201d(Fig.4) si facturatul din iesirile facute in baza \ncomenzilor clienti , este luata in calcul valoarea fara TVA. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_02.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_03.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_04.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oportunitati<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>oportunitatile se pot adauga din CRM &gt; Marketing &gt; Oportunitati \n<\/li><li>pentru fiecare campanie de marketing se pot \ndefini oportunitati pentru fiecare partener \n<\/li><li>in cadrul oportunitatilor se poate inregistra \nun istoric al acelui partener in diferite stadii: 1. Prezentare, 2. Ofertare, 3. \nNegociere, 4. Vanzare, X. Pierdut. \n<\/li><li>dintr-o oportunitate se poate genera sau anula \no oferta\/comanda catre acel partener <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_05.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analiza dosare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pe fiecare macheta daca se apeleaza butonul de \n\u201eArhiva Documente atasate\u201d fiecare atasament poate fi incadrat intr-un dosar ce \npoate fi urmarit din CRM&gt; Marketing&gt; Analiza dosare. &#8230;.in lucru <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De pe fiecare macheta ActionCenter se apeleaza \ncu F2 de oriunde din program, fara a iesi din documente, si permite apelarea \nconstantelor, taskurilor, transmitere email, deschidere stiva de mesaje, \nmesagerie, schimbarea setului de liste curent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_06.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca dintr-o oferta client, de exemplu, se \napeleaza cu F2 ActionCenter si se adauga un task, automat numele clientului de \npe oferta este completat in cadrul task-ului la Beneficiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_07.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De pe listarea ofertei cu ajutorul butonului \nEmail se poate trimite documentul la adresa de email completata in nomenclatorul \nde parteneri sau se poate opta pentru anumite inregistrari la destinatar din \nnomenclatorul de personal \u201ePersonal angajat\u201d sau \u201ePersoane contact parteneri\u201d. \n(Fig. 7). Cu \u201eVizualizare atasament\u201d se poate vedea listarea documentului de pe \ncare se apeleaza butonul de Email, in acest caz, listarea ofertei. Se poate opta \nsi pentru trimiterea pe mail a documentelor atasate in cadrul acelui document \n\u201eAtaseaza documente\u201d sau pentru trimiterea atasamentelor de la nivel de articol \ndoar pentru articolele selectate pe acel document \u201eAtaseaza poze \narticole\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca se utilizeaza pentru gestionarea \nemailurilor Microsoft Outlook sau Mozilla Thunderbird, se pot exporta toate \nemailurile de pe un user si importa in WinMENTOR \nENTERPRISE ca task-uri. &#8230;in \nlucru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_08.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istoricul emailurilor se poate obtine fie prin \napelarea butonului sau din Alte module&gt; \nAdminJobs&gt; Log eMail-uri. (Fig. 8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_09.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istoric partener<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>toate tranzactiile inregistrate pe un client \ninclusiv task-uri, e-mailuri se pot urmari din CRM&gt; \nSuport&gt; Istoric partener <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_10.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Task-uri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>in CRM&gt; Suport&gt; Task-uri: macheta este \nfolosita pentru introdus si repartizat sarcini catre operatorii WinMENTOR ENTERPRISE. Meniurile sunt : \nTask-uri, Task-uri pentru mine, Task-uri de la mine. In coltul din stanga-jos al \necranului, (atat in modulul Date cat si in Liste) s-a introdus un buton care \ndeschide un view cu raspunsurile aferente taskurilor emise de operatorul curent. \nOptiunea de Lansare Task (SERVICE&gt; Diverse) permite adresarea unui mesaj\/task \ncatre mai multe persoane\/categorii. \n<\/li><li>In cadrul unui task se poate bifa cum sa fie \navertizat destinatarul: mail sau mesaj, la termen sau cu 1,2 sau 3 zile \ninainte. \n<\/li><li>Destinatarul este utilizatorul curent logat in \nWinMENTOR ENTERPRISE. Daca se \ndoreste trimiterea de email-uri de avertizare catre acel user atunci \nutilizatorul se asociaza inregistrarii din nomenclatorul de personal la Date de \nlucru &#8220;Nume user WinMENTOR ENTERPRISE&#8221; si se completeaza e-mailul in date generale. \n<\/li><li>Lista cu toate task-urile dintr-o anumita \nperioada se poate genera din modulul de liste din SERVICE&gt; Diverse&gt; \nTask-uri. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urmarire task-uri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>analiza task-urilor nerezolvate precum si a \ncelor rezolvate pe fiecare utilizator si zi in parte poate fi facuta din \nCRM&gt; Suport&gt; Urmarire task-uri. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Images\/07_11.PNG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figura 10.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Modulul CRM permite urmarirea relatiilor cu clientii, a lead-urilor avand posibilitatea de a urmari un istoric al fiecarui client privind oportunitatile, ofertele, comenzile, facturile, task-urile, email-urile de pe acel partener.
