It takes time and a thorough knowledge of all company operations.<\/p>\n<p>Analysis of processes and procedures that compete with the normal operation of a company provides vital conclusions about the extent to which an IT system can ensure consistency between the business objectives set by the management and the capability of the ERP system to ensure the smooth running of the procedures in order to achieve the two P &#8211; profitability and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>In order to be able to cope with the full implementation of an ERP application, it is necessary to start with a standard ERP software solution that is more suited to the company&#8217;s objectives. This solution will then be modeled to generate a perfectly tailored work instrument.<\/p>\n<p>Hardware configuration is another key element in analyzing ERP deployment, through the core role that networks, servers and mid-range systems have in supporting the company&#8217;s IT infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Information management plays a leading role in the analysis, as it includes the sampling of procedures, testing and extracting database information, forms and documents used to explain data management and environmental performance procedures.<\/p>\n<p>During an analysis prior to the implementation of an ERP application, managerial information is required for the evaluation and procedures for approaching ERP system planning strategies.
