The\u00a0WinMENTOR Enterprise ERP<\/b>\u00a0suite, also known as\u00a0WME\u00a0<\/b>on the software market, is a package of applications built by a dedicated team, with\u00a0over 29 years of experience<\/span>, who gave the Romanian market a product preferred by\u00a0over 45.000 users<\/span>: the\u00a0WinMENTOR\u00a0<\/b>management applications pack.<\/p>\n

In 2008, its complete rewriting resulted in a mature\u00a0ERP\u00a0<\/span>suite, designed to complement the range of software products of a recognized manufacturer, actively present on the market and effective in implementing novelty into its products.<\/p>\n

The technology chosen for managing the database is provided by\u00a0ORACLE<\/span>. Using the most powerful database engine ever developed, gives the\u00a0WME\u00a0<\/b>suite security, reliability, scalability and speed.<\/p>\n

The English, Hungarian and Italian versions allow the application to be used by non-Romanian users as well. Users of the Romanian version can choose to load the settings in one of these 3 languages by simply clicking on the list.<\/p>\n

WME\u00a0<\/b>is the only management software in Romania that generates\u00a0automatic accounting records\u00a0<\/span>simultaneously, in several accounting plans, during the primary documents input, so that the accounting information necessary for management decisions becomes instantly accessible, perfectly synchronized with the analytical situations.<\/p>\n

Verification of correlations<\/span>\u00a0between the analytic and synthetic statements can be automated and configured as needed.<\/p>\n

When closing a month, the accounting balance is considered as a\u00a0standard<\/span>. If after establishing the standard, there are differences between the saved balance and the current balance, the accounting engine signals the document level differences.<\/p>\n

WME\u00a0<\/b>allows operating and keeping track of an unlimited number of companies. For\u00a0holding<\/span>\u00a0organizations, it allows common nomenclatures for all the companies within the holding, thus creating the advantage of managing the clients’ payment obligations at a holding level. If the companies within the holding are separate firms in\u00a0WME<\/b>, the software allows obtaining a\u00a0cumulative balance<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Firms can be organized in\u00a0separate subunits<\/span>. Working in subunits allows a complete \u201cisolation\u201d of a subunit within the firm. Every report can be carried out on every subunit, including the accounting balance. For an analysis of the entire company, reports can be conducted cumulatively, including the operations of all subunits. Users can have\u00a0limited access<\/span>\u00a0to certain subunits and those with special rights can see the whole ensemble, regardless of the subunit.<\/p>\n

The friendly and intuitive interface allows users to customize the appearance and the functioning of the application in a variety of matters: colors, fonts, tables with\u00a0configurable columns<\/span>, resizing the forms, hiding the unused controls or the controls banned from forms,\u00a0wizard mechanisms for accelerating the operation<\/span>, quick search for menu options, Active Board for defining the quick access buttons for menu options\/executables\/internet access links,\u00a0multi-trajectory navigator<\/span>\u00a0for identifying at any time the inventory inputs, the deliveries, the orders, the contracts, the payments or collections for any document.<\/p>\n

The security system allows\u00a0access restriction<\/span>\u00a0for each option of the application, regarding viewing, adding, editing and deleting entries. The on request\u00a0monitoring\u00a0<\/span>of users groups offers traceability in documents management.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0internal communication system<\/span>\u00a0enables chatting between users and launching\u00a0tasks\u00a0<\/span>for performers.<\/p>\n

WME\u00a0<\/b>automatically executes reports<\/span>\u00a0on a predetermined schedule, performs\u00a0data backups<\/span>\u00a0on a timetable, launches\u00a0alerts\u00a0<\/span>for users interested in events from the database or different situations during use.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Expert\u00a0<\/span>module, fully integrated into the app, allows analyzing the company’s activity from a point of view different from accounting enrollment.<\/p>\n
