WinMENTOR 23.011\/1<\/strong> includes updating the parameters and functionality of the payroll module starting from January 2023, according to HG no. 1447\/2022 and GEO no. 168\/2022. Apart from the constants with the minimum salary, average salary, average monthly hours, etc., the basic personal deductions were changed and two new additional deductions were introduced. Also, the method of applying the amount of 200 lei exempt from contributions and tax and the method of granting salary facilities depending on the type of contract have been changed. In addition, the possibility of viewing changes in real time and inserting\/editing images directly from the preview was introduced in the list configuration part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
