Insufficient memory for this operation

Am pus setarile recomadate, am rulat BDEAdmin/Mentor si cu drepturi de administrator insa erorile apar in continuare. Diferenta este ca dupa setari mentorul ramane blocat dar se inchide normal dupa ce dispar mesajele de eroare, iar fara setari mentorul se inchide singur iar la repornire semnaleaza o iesire fortata.

Am gasit si BDE Information Utility care arata ca BDE este instalat si merge corespunzator.
